Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

Scammer

Trying to scam one dept at MCR into working more hours thru the week to get every second Friday off. And then trying to get them to work their new day off at a lower rate than they would normally get for weekend. See thru scammer !!!
Cutting the day rate of the guys who are to work abroad by 20% (there’s that number again) because he thinks it is too much. These rates are standard for all rotationers dependent on which country you are working in. Hope the guys involved grow a backbone and don’t go unless they get the going rate.
Company will need everyone on board if/when work picks up and this is not the way to do it. This just alienates people even further.

Don’t matter if you can save money for the company, just have to keep the spastic share holders happy, am I right?

9 day fortnight would suit me. What would you expect weekend rates for working a Friday?

Guys going abroad will be training the locals to do their jobs for much cheaper. If you’re going to sell yourself out you would want well rewarded for giving away your future.
