Does anyone know when the employee survey comes out?

I've heard filling it out shows how engaged you are.
Supposedly manglement will get yelled at if enough people don't fill it out...
Why even bother taking the time except hearing your manager say “now everyone, we need to show our purpose by filling it out.”
Are you talking about the benefits survey or is there another survey out there?
On project team for this. Not everyone receives it. It’s not the regular survey, this variation has only come out two or three times. They want to know what changes will make 5+ year TM stay/leave the most. Not sure what they’ll do with that information, with how everything has been handled in this merger, I’d assume it’s going to be used to get us to leave and not to retain us. We were told to say it’s a random selection of teammates although ask around and you’ll see 5+ year teammates receiving and newer ones not receiving it.
Does anyone actually think senior leaders care about the opinions of everyone below them? I don’t.
Sent it out to 1200 people in ET a few weeks ago.
I thought they stopped with those…..scores have been rather bad for a few years running
