Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Still standing, but the weight is heavy

Each day feels uncertain - tired, anxious, and bracing for what’s next. It’s hard to focus when you’re just waiting for the next cut to fall.

You could try curling up in the fetal position with a blanket and a puppy.

OP, are you looking for a new job right now or just waiting until you do get cut? Serious question. If you are not, you sound like a deer in the headlights. Your lack of focus will result in reduced performance which will increase your layoff odds. Stop waiting for the next "cut to fall" and take control of your situation ie... start or increase focus on your job search, cut spending and increase savings... Develop your plan and work towards completing it. People with a plan are more successful than people who live day by day.
