thats easy, learn how to your job. Learn how to railroad. Then when you are a proficient expert and have knowledge that is worth having, the railroad will worry about training you on how to operate a drone.
Not this again 🤦🏻
in the eng dept there was a low seniority guy constantly bugging everyone he could think of, begging to get in on the drones. He was beyond annoying. But lo and behold he himself was caught pencil whipping inspections and was terminated.
Ahhh you wanna be the "EYE" in the sky huh. To watch other employees in case they break a rule where typical managers are to lazy to get out of office or their vehicle.
Thats a tough one! I would probably start by saying the first thing you should do would be to see a head specialist after applying to anything at the UP. Then when the specialist does find an issue in your head, talk with them about treatment options. When a treatment option has been agreed upon, you continue said treatment until issue has been corrected or at least made manageable. No one in their right mind applies for anything at the UP, which is why people are leaving! The UP and their management teams absolutely cannot be trusted!
