you don't "close" something like SBG, you sell it
even if the products/services are all garbage, someone will pay to maintain existing support contracts with the customer list...not because these deals were so lucrative, but its a chance to re-sell/up-sell the same customers in the future
in any case, I don't see SBG going away even though it underperforms
