Keep the unqualified managers. That’s fine.

When I first joined, the firm had strong, natural leaders—people who led by example, not just by title. But now, with unqualified managers in power struggles, the culture has shifted to 'That’s not my problem.' Simple fixes are being ignored because progress is being blocked by insecure leadership.
