Layoffs and plant closure - things are not healthy at SBD.

This transformation, although necessary for the long-term health of the company, involves difficult decisions, including layoffs and plant closures.

Looks like things are going to get worse. Not much long-term career growth but seems like a lot of musical chairs. Your "friends" at work will quickly become colleagues as you battle for a post-layoff seat.

There are a lot of rumors around our plant that we will be closing down some manufacturing lines. When that happens, I could easily forecast the next step, closing the building.

They just got rid of many of our experienced managers. Not a good sign when they layoff the people with the experience!
