Wats ur package?

The standard across big companies is to be transparent on what severance packages are. P&G is secretive about it to maintain control and it takes power away from employees. If you are getting a package or have first hand knowledge share it here to help others who don't know what they will get if they are let go.

Provide tenure, level, severance. It's anonymous. You can also put a range if more comfortable.

Some senior leaders have commented that only 20% really do the work and they pull the weight for the rest. Sounds true.

P&G doesnt believe in severance packages. It is case by case. They have never had to deal with it. Hire and retire.
Dead weights just bounce around.
It is all about who you know, which group you hung around with, who hired you, who is your mentor, coach and sponsor. Sponsors like to keep all their cult members intact.

No idea but people need to wake up and get their head out of the sand that don't think involuntary layoffs are coming.
