And then much of the front line office roles are doing make work type projects that could end tomorrow and not impact things on any meaningful way. It’s all such a joke!
This is so true! So much useless leadership that does nothing but dream up KPIs that provide no value but distract from the real work, and so many groups to support all this useless work and distract from the real work, but not enough people actually doing the work that actually drives value (because they spend so much time doing work to support the non value add activities)! The organization is a complete and total mess - so much waste, and leadership is absolutely clueless and out of touch!
