Thread regarding Hy-Vee layoffs

Started working at Hyvee in the kitchen at $17.50 an hour part time. Super easy job, I don’t care about nothing. Come to find out my coworkers who have worked there 2-3 years are at $12.50 and hour. Absolutely insane that people keep on letting companies sc--w them like this

Pretty amazing / sad that a new hire gets more than longer term employees,
It all plays into turn over and bad feelings of being under valued & overlooked.

The company is a joke even if you’re a higher up let’s just say a manager OF salary… you don’t get paid for what you do blood sweat and tears… directors need to start paying higher ups as well this is crazy!!! Target for a fact pays their higher ups way more
