Is quality really a top priority? And if yes, who is accountable? There is a growing resentment among the GSRs that they are being blamed as if systemic quality issues are their fault. Its clear the blame needs to be pointed at Doug, Kumar, Jones, Gray, Baumbick and others at the top, but the finger is pointed to us.
