@gs welcome to late stage capitalism, where “leaders” like DW receive 19% increases on already bloated compensation packages and the masses get peanuts. Our PDS is merely one of the means to that end.
Youre complaining that you get another year to buid your multimillion dollar pension? Boo hoo
fu--ing system is evil - full stop. the Company preaches foundational principles such as 'Integrity' and 'Care' for their employees. PDS system is the antithesis of both those things.
Bridge the gap !! Hope I got NI. Time to get off this dingy.
@b7 shocking
What a sh---y company
Tough cycle. Our group is strong. You did excellent wor, but not valued as others. You dropped from very good to NI.
And i turned 56 during the cycle
Once we get rid of the DEI nonsense we can get better results for all and more timely.
That's why you're not supposed to convey the results post session until HR has had a chance to run all the bias checks. Final results could be changed.
Also HR can knock your rank down after they make sure certain groups are not overly represented at the bottom. Straight from my manager’s mouth.
My manager started informing us of our PDS results the first week of July. Depends on what BU you are in.
Excellent
Management is 100% NSI
How many got NSI? 10-15% across the employee population, you can do the maths, though I heard those who retired in 1Q were likely placed in NSI to save the ones still around.
Your manager has rated you already, but it has to be finalized at the Board reviews where you can be knocked lower if your manager's 2-3 Minute sales pitch is not good enough.
