Today I received an email from IT claiming they didn’t receive my device when I returned in person the same day I was given notice. Laughable. Get your sh-t together.

yes, IT as a whole has gotten really bad over the last 2 or so years. Tilak and his minions chased the good ones out, kept the cr-p and brought in more cr-p that wear mouse ears.
