Go in sparq to Employee Resources - Pay and Benefits Home - Pay Programs then select “Grade-Based Salary Ranges”

Yes guys I’m aware it’s different. Believe I know considering I have 3 years of the excel sheet saved for comparison every year.

It’s not the same thing. They removed pay zones and just give a $100k swing in pay

It’s not the same thing. There used to be an excel grid that showed different salary ranges by state. The one posted now is just a general one and is very low.
