Getting laid off in 2023 was scary. Total blindside. 20 years vested to a company that operated great under Pe-k. No more 70 hour work weeks. Turned out to be blessing. I found a job in 3 months. I work 40 hours a week, more money didn't realize TU is cheap. After one year I got 15% bonus and pretty decent raise compared to TU days of 2%. I do miss the people I worked with however they landed on there feet as well after layoffs. When I was laid off - Mr. Subway sandwiches told people we were the only ones to be laid off, little did he know he would be laid off and everyone else in network to GCC. Cartwright sold his soul. Even that HR puppet quit I saw.

I was so happy to leave. This company is a joke and more and more leaders are leaving this sinking ship. Everyday on LinkedIn a new person announces a new gig
