After months of searching, I finally found something else. Pay isn’t much better, but at least I’m not spending hours commuting. It’s a smaller, cozier company, and the management seems competent, and shockingly considerate. Here’s hoping they don’t disappoint. Wishing all the best to my colleagues at AEP. Keep an eye out for other opportunities, you never know when you might get lucky, even in this tough job market.

I'm sorry, but I don't get the RTO hate. We worked at the office before the pandemic and nobody complained. Now its' suddenly a reason to quit. I don't buy it.
