We lost the head of UI and I think some designers and product managers during layoff today.

Don't worry, CPO will hire someone at least as talentless as himself whose in need of free friends and family money no one else would pay them.
Another example of how mental the Product CPO is. Very embarasing. I have heard bad feedbacks about the head of design also, he was not leadership material and should find some other career.
I agree with everyone here, but losing the ex data product VP was a colossal mistake, he was one of the only people that could see through the issues and problems in the company and I only worked with him a couple times but this just goes to show how misguided the leadership is.
On the bright side, soon there will be no one else to layoff :) The folks that are being let go will be just fine.
This is great news. The head of UI and the Manager of UI under him both weren't good people to work with, constantly blocking Product from moving forward.
