AB InBev cuts headcount every year regardless of how good of a year it was. They'll fire good people during good years, in addition to the people voluntarily leaving that company in droves, because they think it is the right way to run a company and "prevent bureaucracy".

Indeed they do! When I was laid off, ironically, I still received 100% of my bonus after the lay off because we met all of our metrics. Happy to get the $$$$, but how stupid is it to lay off someone who directly contributed to everyone getting bonus payout. 🤯 Took the money, trashed everything I had the had the AB brand logo on it, and moved on.
Agree. A very nasty company run by 12 year olds that end up in VP roles they are not qualified for.
