There will be at least one more big round of layoffs and then the workforce size will be fine tuned with performance management. The packages will be less each time with the end state being zero for performance based releases.
@a5 every severance they have ever offered came along with a contract and NDA. That’s not news.
HR has stated on C+ that the Package will be a document with words on it, but that's not important right now.
The food bank package will increase.
The package will decrease until morale improves.
