I really wonder how many people actually quit because of it. If it’s fewer than they hoped, then RTO has failed completely, hurting productivity, morale, and costing both Dell and us dearly. Forcing people to quit because they can’t comply might end up not being the cheapest way to cut staff after all.

@b1 RR parking lots are full because a lot of the PS2-3 people are coming there for a few hours, because it's closer to home, and they don't have to see their manager and coworkers that way. RTO su-ks, and the article in the news didn't help. Looked like s_ck-ups whining about people not putting in a full day, to push the issue and get more people fired, to save their own job.
Apparently there are dueling readers upvoting and downvoting. HR doing the down votes?
I did! if i have to go to the office i will choose which one
Everytime I go to the RR office I can't find a parking spot so I go back home.
228 South St parking lot - busiest time of day is noon. When the people who dropped by in the morning and heading out cross paths with those coming in for a couple of hours in the afternoon.
That’s also the only time I make human contact before heading to my isolated office.
