I’ve been hearing a lot of chatter, and it’s starting to feel like something’s brewing. Would be good to know if more rounds are actually expected or if it’s just rumor mill noise.

At Town Hall last week, they suggested Sharp could be faced with more financial decisions, pending outcome of Spending bill in Congress. Left me thinking, second wave of layoffs?? Not heard anything yet, to suggest either way, since vote was not in our favor. Plans to eliminate some services to 'streamline' care, reduce costs. etc??. Makes me ill to think of it. Especially for the underserved population.
Anyone in depts. not hit by layoffs ask leadership about decision making within a dept (ie performance based)? Suspicious w/increased pressure on prod. Likely the organization has a strong legal team and is being advised...
