Previously seen security issue and raise to manager. Manager was upset and made me be quiet. Now I am part of layoff group even with good performance. I saw similar on Reddit. Hiding security issues not good for business or customers.

it means only one thing - only dim witted dump folks needed here ...period
if you are intelligent enough to find security issue, you are likely get job outside hence can be let go.
Be specific about the security issue and perhaps the media will pick it up from this site. Then you can sue them.
