I worked hard to find something else, and it paid off after a year (!). It’s a good job, nothing spectacular, but at least I don’t have to worry for now about what will become of me. Good luck to all of you, and please, think of yourselves and stay on the lookout for other opportunities.

Got PIP in January. Best think that could've ever happened to me. I'm months ahead of you peons.
