Do we have any idea how many will be let go once the dust settles? I know it's going to be a bloodbath and it will be 90 percent on our side, but at least some rough estimate would be great.

Synergy targets from above come at the end of this week. Most of the people who are going to get it have known for almost a year. Remember, there had been many months of pre-planning the integration. Speaking from the Marketing perspective, the people who are on the chopping block have known for over 6 months. I assume the org charts in the other areas were hash out that far in advance too, but I could be wrong. When you hear an Exec say something like, “we’ll announce L3 next week. . .”. They’ve known 90% of L3 and L4 for a long time. Of course there are some last minute details/surprises to get through.
Makes zero sense to fork over 14B bucks to then ki-l the thing. claiming 90% is just completely ignorant.
The functions that overlap have already seen a lot of people leaving on their own.
I've heard core sales will be fine
HR, accounting, etc. will be big.
what are you talking about 90%
I just hope they don’t quickly and don’t drag things out.
