as the 2yr purchase date approaches

When union gas merged with Enbridge it created a “ huge mess”
Efficiency & innovation walked out the HR door along with the vp & president..leading the way
What emerged was as follows

  1. Outdated procedures & processes that set the company back 20 yrs

2 toxic environments & employees who quietly quit
3 poor leadership or no leadership

  1. Absent values -disrespect is rampant without consequences- & integrity is -"on leave"

5 zero community
6 “78 vice presidents”

As the 2 year purchase closing date approaches…& fiscal year end

Hmmm, sounds like a similar story to the Spectra Enbridge “merger”, and 8 years later it’s only gotten worse!
