Wtf,I got 1 year 1 month basic pay only as I am in sales and exceeded my number ever other year
Heard from former manager who got laid-off that it was 12 weeks plus 1 week for every 6 months there. Unsure on medical.
I have heard > 20 years at the company, 9 months severance pay. Two people, different orgs and totally different role types. Middle age US born white guys 54 and 62. Also heard the company is not awarding any more Partners.
