Seems backward & outdated to put anything on paper & shuffle it around the room.

@OP Not sure what your question is. Does Ricoh management know what they are doing? No. Do people still print documents, scan documents, copy documents, send faxes? Yes. Much information is digitized nowadays, this is true. However, the paradox is that there is just that much more information available to print, scan, copy, and yes even fax (medical due to HIPAA).
