Reliability is not coming up at all anymore and there is no option on my day. I even tried logging into my computer and the icon is just not there anymore. I happen to be checking numbers in a managers office and notice I had missed a bunch of alerts to agree or disagree so how am I supposed to agree or disagree if it doesn’t pop up on the phone or on a computer the only way I found this out was by accident on Macy’s computer does anybody have any information on this? It seems like it’s like they’re doing this on purpose.

When the reliability alert pops up, you have to click ok to access My Day. However, there is no way to see the reliability calendar to agree or disagree. If you exit without clicking ok, the alert goes away. It seems like it automatically accepts it. Anyone know how to actually see the alerts to agree or disagree?
@y9 Agreed, let's not turn this site into Reddit with all the unnecessary down voted.
@hr ok not sure why this was downvoted so much-this is actually a policy now. You must be in store on the clock to action reliability. Downvoting makes the information seem incorrect, but it is indeed correct.
I had an reliability alert i didn't know about either and was docked for it. It happened before I went on vacation. Nobody had told us about the changes yet. Its unfair to do this because I was on vacation and could not be clocked in at work and on a Macys device. I was late out because of last minute customer. Well I won't do that anymore. Im sending them down the aisle. Just another way to sc--w us over. Cmon Macys give us a break
There’s a new policy on reliability-colleagues must be clocked in to action. Therefore you can only do it at work on a work computer. You no longer can access it at home, from your phone, etc.
The department tablet is the only place so far that I found out that you can see your reliability.
I just saw on /r/MacysStores on Reddit that at someone's store the attendance credit system is back.
It's strange. This morning when I logged into Insite from one of Macy's computers, I got a reliability popup for an absence last week and wouldn't let me access MyDay until I took action. I couldn't take any action because no of the disagree choices were applicable to my reason for being absent.
However, When I logged onto Insite from a device outside of Macy's network such as my phone or home PC I didn't receive an alert and am able to access MyDay.
It is lousy that they took away the icon. How are colleagues suppose to stay on top of their reliability?
Reliability is only for early in, absence, early out. It was down for a couple weeks in May so they could make the change. It won't come up for anything else. If you have questions, ask someone in the office
