This is blatant age discrimination! Is there anything we can do about it?

I did the analysis on the first wave of layoffs. The execs are wickedly making sure to lay off just enough under-40s to avoid legal scrutiny. The breakdown was about 53% 40+, to 47% 39 and under. I think what was even worse was the whole big raises via the banded pay structure, to combat the unions, then layoffs a little under a year later. Feel like we're used as pawns. They already knew they were in dire straits economically and still gave raises they could not afford. Such a ridiculous, wicked corporate move. Sharp is no longer the Sharp Experience or San Diego Health leader.
