Aside from continuously losing share to competitors, the company is in a terrible spot. Executive team is full of clueless rejects who can't seem to implement a winning strategy in ANY aspect of the business--and thus should've been fired and replaced already. We're allowing consulting firms to dictate our operations and policies. Tell Dell let them know loudly and clearly that they su-k at their jobs and should consider shifting gears a new direction, yet they won't. They actually tried to gloss over their abysmal ratings and convey some silver lining where there is none. Rate cards being presented to sales for "promotions" with insulting salaries. Needless to say, the company's days are numbered and we're going downhill, faster than "the speed of human interaction. It's embarrassing to have millionaires and a billionaire in corporate who have minimal business sense and continue to crush the morale and culture they so badly want to somehow boost. It's all a dumpster fire.
