Tech employees to come in minimum 4 days a week.
Right now just hybrid employees in twin cities. Nothing else has been announced other than they are looking to do this in other areas as well. If you are a full time telecommuter I wouldn’t worry about it. They were doing telecommuting for a decade or more before Covid. I don’t see them making them come in especially due to office space constraints but who knows with this place. They seem to make all the worst decisions.
I haven't heard anything else but I hope all the hybrid workers effected by it raise he-l so there aren't any more "phases".

Yes. Our manager has made it clear we need to be back in the office for "close collaboration and innovation."
Maybe after the big beautiful bill announcement it will happen
