With all of these "mini layoffs" so to speak and their total sum, there is no way we are still under the minimum count of 50. I see that they could abuse the site loophole since TI has many sites across each campus, or keep laying off in small numbers year by year. If you look at the WARN for Texas you can see Raytheon, Northrop, Etc all have transparency in their layoffs. So how is TI getting away with not reporting it, and if not, couldn't this open the possibility for a suit?

In the June layoffs, TI gave me and everyone else 60 days of pay and full benefits(+ more based on how long you worked here) when they laid us off. We are kept on the books as "employees on leave" and laid off from the company when the severance pay ends. This satisfies the WARN Act since our "advance notice" started as soon as we were kicked out the door.
