@bg You are absolutely correct but I don't see an emphasis on that part of workforce so far. Btw how many VPs exactly do we have? It's some ridiculous number.
Every other week. Meat slicer like tactics. Mostly people managers with no relevant MBA degrees and actual management experience. Decision makers wants polished workforce before going public rather than unqualified technical guys who didn’t want to do technical work pretending to be “people managers”.
