I’m betting on at least 40% increase in overall compensation. I got 2.5% raise after fabulous year with all the contributions I made. So happy I could contribute to Geoff’s raise he deserves it.

Structural heart's paybands move 6-8% a year. A 2.5% increase, not even the rate of inflation, compounded over several years results in a staggering decline of wages.
Idk but I exceeded expectations, rated a 4 and got 3%. Ran circles around most of my peers, and I bet they get the same or better than me.
