Imagine having a competent manager

We’d probably get the work done in half the time.

They are definitely good at managing badly designed processes. Managing people? A complete failure.

I actually have a great manager. His boss though... another story entirely.

I had an amazing manager until she was basically forced out. Her replacement is completely incompetent, a bully, and has no issues with taking credit for our work without giving us even a simple thank you. These kind of changes are ki-ling this place.

Try having a manager that came from TCS, I wonder where his loyalty is. It will be interesting to see if these TCS mo--s stick around after TCS gets kicked out next year. Maybe next year when we have a department/BU meeting, we'll be able to understand everyone on the call.

Common sense and professionalism are rare commodities at AEP and yet they have no value among sniveling, fawning, a-s-kissing, sycophant lackeys, who dupe corporate managers into believing they are geniuses by st-----g their egos and making fools out of them.
