Studies have shown again and again that fear shuts down innovation, but here we are, using threats and calling it motivation. The top talent are the ones walking out first, and what’s left are the ones too afraid to say a word. Nice work, leadership. You’ve created a culture ruled by paranoia and stuck in mediocrity.

I've already wound my work down to the minimum acceptable, as I'm less productive in office than I am in a more conducive environment for heads down work, and have started using the free time to look for new jobs.
If Ford is going to 4 days in office, I'm happy to find somewhere doing better work for more pay; only reason I was keeping my high output work at Ford was because leadership allowed me to work where I was most effective. I'm happy to take my productivity elsewhere. Good luck to the directionless leadership at Ford - the GSRs are meeting targets - so obviously they need to be punished!
