The leadership, particularly at the CEO level, is absolutely failing. Quarter after quarter, the stock drops. Investor confidence is eroding. And yet, there’s no accountability. The same executives who presided over this decline continue to keep their jobs — rewarded with bonuses, PR campaigns, and international trips, while the rest of us watch the company crumble from the inside.
Worse still, senior management appears more interested in staging photo ops during their trips to Israel than actually leading the organization. It’s a glaring display of misplaced priorities: while employees get laid off and morale tanks, leadership is out taking selfies and holding empty meetings abroad.
The pattern of restructuring has become routine, not as a tool for progress, but as a cover for poor leadership decisions. Talented, dedicated individuals are shown the door, not because of performance, but because of arbitrary ranking systems that ignore merit. If you were the last hired, you’re the first out, even if you turned your team around, improved KPIs, and gave employees a reason to care.
This company does not value its people. It doesn’t reward results. It doesn’t nurture growth. It only protects its top brass while leaving everyone else behind.
If you're thinking of joining — think again.
