Thread regarding UnitedHealth Group Inc. layoffs

They got rid of MyHR clock!

As of this morning the clock is GONE. Also if you look on Sparq there is a notice in RED "Employee Center is experiencing high call volume, please open a case online. Due to the volume, response times will be delayed. You can also find MyHR time reporting resources here. Thank you for your patience and understanding".

I love it when sh-t blows up in their faces! You don't play with people's pay!

@af yup! I had 0.50 hrs of overtime paid out to me and I can only imagine how many others had OT

I find it odd that they didn’t do trainings (unless I missed it) I did read through everything but I don’t have time for trying to understand that. My brain is too filled with important work issues. I’m not hourly, so i don’t think it applies to me but still need to figure it out for reporting time off.

How are they going to roll out this stupid thing and not even have proper training for any employee or manager? I hope that they saw how much extra we work and we have to get overtime with this, they should be grateful

I think it's only gone temporarily so don't get to excited.

Finally a win for us!! That was the biggest cluster F! Hopefully whoever signed off on that system gets their hand slapped or worse. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I’m sure the past two weeks have been brutal for HR too.

@af No sh-t, seriously, I was always having to do unscheduled time just to fix my time card during the last couple weeks. It would take me 5-10 fu--ing minutes just to wrestle the timecard to reflect accurately what I am supposed to get paid and not something less (as it kept trying to steal minutes from me).

Lol they probably saw all the overtime they would need to pay out. All those extra minutes really do add up over the two week pay period.

Yup, fu--ing happy it was short-lived. They love to make EVERY fu--ing aspect of our jobs stressful including pay. This is a little win for us. 🖕
