The problem is not MBA, the issue is nothing matters in EM except if you have sponsors. No degree, no competence, no skill is valued.
When MBAs start making decisions things go to sh1t.
About as useful as the 1 ply tp at EMHC
In Canada, a vast majority of mainly Controllers that completed a "company tuition paid MBA" quit within six months. The few that stayed, nothing remarkable happened to their careers.
Definitely useless, I don't recommend.
There was a time when the best and brightest went for MBAs and actually learned something. Now the degree is worthless. EM doesn’t give a cr-p so don’t do it if you’re expecting a promotion or raise out of it.
Well we’ve got to listen to them and show them respect.
Cause they took 2 years off from work to have a good time with their friends and they come from wealthy families that can support that. It’s easy.
