And when it does, this company will see a massive wave of people leaving like never before. Every team we work with is on autopilot. Even the executives above us are moving slowly and don’t care. Hr should do something to make sure this doesn’t happen soon

@px I was never aware of much career progression at TU anyway.
Forget Cartwright. People will leave on their own accord. I know entire departments that are planning on leaving and actively applying right now. GCC will be all that’s left when the hiring trends change
This company has become a hodge podge mess. Every other 6 months another EVP or SVP is leaving. Tim is getting paid to do nothing while there’s constant confusion, autopilot and pathetic excuse of an RTO policy from a head of HR who ruined HR and jumped away like she did before. Once Cartwright leaves expect a shockwave of people leaving
Every single evp hired within the last 2 years has been an external hire and they in turn bring in there own people, and so it goes on down. Career progression is dead at TU.
HR is not here to protect the workers HR is here to protect the company. Don't get it twisted, they will use any and all means to do so.
Everyone is coasting at TransUnion. No accountability. That's not HR issue, that's a Cartwright issue.
HR doing something ? LOL
