Presume auctioned money goes to HPE. Will most likely happen post close. As a perpetual license, will boost annual software sales.
I assume if the deal goes thru before the ex-dividend date of 9/2, there will be no dividend.
I want to know if HPE sells mist in the Auction, whom shall it pass the auctioned money?
