My manager never told me what I was eligible for in regard to thrive. He also didn’t have a 1 on 1 with me to describe if my performance warranted an increase.
Is this the norm? Anyone know what they’re receiving in comp this year?

I was laid off from Spot in March. Got my Thrive bonus about a month ago. It was much larger than expected. Stock price is good. So if you're meeting goals you should do well.
Go look at corporate calendars for things like this.
July 1 - 11.. apologies
thrive conversations are June 1 - 11. Should be delivered in this timeframe.
