Depends on the department. If your in TIS, be ready for the outsourced model.

After the Union gas Enbridge merger, I have lost all hope in this company. You wonder why in 2012 to 2016 Enbrideg was in the top 10 employers in Canada. Now Enbridge is at the bottom of Canada's employers. I so want to leave Enbridge, trying very hard!

I’m not in GDS but I’ve seen several integrations and have been a part of a couple as well and I can assure you Enbridge does a poor job of it.

If I’m being fair though most companies su-k at it.

Long story short, don’t expect anything good to come out of your integration with the big E.

6 years after Union and EGD merger and it was not completed effectively.

Leadership got their financial goals but left the GDS business unit in shambles. Poor integration coupled with inability to hit regulated metrics required of a gas utility to operate in Ontario. Total failure - but money keeps flowing to Alberta so all is good in the eyes of management.
