You can help Five9 by taking top talent and working somewhere else. It will help it bleed out faster and you know what to not do at the new place or look out for.

this is how you fix your current conundrum with five9: find a new job and move on, why fight all those battles? why hope and pray for a turnaround when there are companies out there already setup for success? these companies are eager to hire your talent. Set up yourself for success and stop hoping for change that never comes, leave so you can stop worrying about all those issues, and improve your life, feel productive again and forget the unwelcome drama.

Acqueon isn't all bad, there are some good PdMs and devs. Additionally we clearly thought their technology was valuable in some way.
