@ad yes, we understand that CEOs and other insiders are allowed to sell stock. It’s not that he sold, its how much he sold. You have posted the same thing repeatedly. Maybe actually think about what somebody shares before you regurgitate the same stuff.
Class C, Non-voting shares, too.

Really? 10 million shares at $122 is $1.2 BILLION DOLLARS. So he was supposed to have 27 million shares, so he sold 37% of his holdings and that means nothing? How much would he have to sell to be meaningful?
He owns $2.5B in stock, do the math. It's not significant

You obviously have no idea how CEOs are allowed to sell stock or the laws around it. Additionally, that is the equivalent of you selling one of you shares in relative comparison
Those are scheduled sales - scheduled a long time ago when they were granted. Not opportunistic. Not interesting.
