If you’re leaving, take your documentation with you. Not in a petty way, just protect your own work. It’s not your job to make it easy for the next warm body they slot into your role. They didn’t value your time here. Don’t give them more of it on your way out.

I used to write a ton of scripts to make my work life easier. I would get managers data and package it up in a form that made sense. They wanted me to share everything I had with TCS, not a chance that was going to happen.
The contract states they were supposed to provide automation services so I asked them for scripts that I already wrote. What I got back in most cases was junk.
When they leave next year, I'll still have all my stuff and will dig their cr-p. They will have nothing from me to use on another contract.
Do not share anything with TCS.
Completely agree. If they couldn’t be bothered to treat you with respect while you were there, you owe them nothing on your way out. Take what’s yours and move on clean.
Employees' value to the company is neither being recognized nor rewarded in this major shareholder enrichment Ponzi scheme that exploits the majority of Americans across corporate America to further enrich the wealthiest minority of Americans. WHO made their wants and desires the only corporate priority in our free market economy? WHO subjugated the American people to their will? WHO is responsible for denying the sovereignty of every American citizen who is not a multi-millionaire? WHO is mocking and defying the Founding Principles of our nation? The people getting filthy rich at our expense.

Exactly!!! Nothing petty about this!
