Anyone hear anything in terms of in store layoffs? SM's meeting in private with DM's and with sales struggling it could mean one thing.

Seeing a lot in my store pointing to that recently. Firing people for stupid things after never holding anyone accountable for anything, putting extra pressure on specialists, giving supervisor responsibilities to part timers, skipping repairs, etc.
July-Aug is normally when business starts to taper off and yes some reduction in staffing will take place.
No rumors here in Louisville
Someone was getting their back blown out by the district team to keep their SM pittance.
Didn’t hear about that, maybe it was just your district.
