Most likely it was another bought out farce of an award to say on business calls and customer meetings see we are relevant but our trash products with no support and jacked up inflated price.And as always remember Michael started by selling computers from his dorm room.Every article or conference show reference this ingenuity of a savant.
That’s been happening since EMC used to win all sorts of customer service awards.
