Who or what are the CLs in global projects and brownfield, is the ceiling a 27? Is it possible to become a executive there?

GP is a total $h1t show. They’ve promoted to many developmental candidates into leadership roles.
Watch out in clutch gp org. One less than ideal decision is a career limiter.
Global Projects has to be the absolute worst organization to be in now, both because of its toxic culture and never ending outsourcing.
Biggest injection of 27+ were the pioneer people that had to be given higher cls just to keep their salaries whole. Those guys are highly paid relative to exxon counterparts.
Best way to be 27+ now, be employed at another company and get bought out.
Isn’t supply chain the hot topic right now.
Projects is nothing these days. You'd be lucky to hit CL 27. The days where everyone hit 28 and 28 are long gone.
Ceiling for 95% of the company is 27. 28 is a lofty goal now.
@ch same could be said for the whole company
Projects used to be a great place to grow a career. Lots of CL28s and 29s, even a few 30s. Multiple lucrative TDA and International assignment opportunities. That was a long time ago. Exxon Projects was THE place to be. Times have changed.
Projects is a total dead end now. The only growth area is India. HC10 in projects are being absolutely min sized.
If you're in execution you're going to be in any place on the glove, most probably the worst places unless you're really liked.
Yes - there are executives in Projects, but they know nothing on the subject. You don't rise within Projects. You wither.
Yes, if you’re white
