I used to work for Cisco Jasper, I had a colleague Torrey. At the time, I was very worried about losing my job, I talked to Torrey about my concern, he told me during the 2008, he was also worrying very much. But later he realized that if bad thing would happen then it would just happen, so he stopped worrying and focus on things on hand. I think Torrey was right. Later Torrey was let go unwisely by the management, but then they realized that they made a big mistake so I think later he was rehired and back to team.
